2520 N Marshfield is a collaboration of Ivona and the builder, Jozef Guzik. Joe was referred to Ivona by his architect whom she represented in a sale of a home in Bucktown. Joe has been known for building quality homes in Lincoln Park and Lakeview for many years. He will be the first to admit that while he is a master of his craft, picking out the finishes is definitely not his strong suit.  Ivona, on the other hand, has always had an interest in interior design and follows current home building trends. The duo spent countless hours picking out every design detail. The result was a beautiful single family home featuring some of the most recent house building trends, yet preserving a classic look for more conservative buyers. The house went on the market in February and sold within weeks for a record per square foot price for the area.
