About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, operations powerhouse to keep the engine running at full speed. If you’re the kind of person who sees problems before they happen, thrives on organization, and loves creating order in a fast-moving real estate world, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll run point on the day-to-day so our lead broker can stay focused on clients, negotiations, and big-picture growth. We move quickly, expect excellence, and genuinely appreciate people who take ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Run daily operations with full ownership -  no hand-holding needed.

  • Coordinate every vendor involved in prepping and maintaining listings: stagers, cleaners, photographers, contractors, movers, and more.

  • Oversee listing prep from start to finish to make sure every property hits the market on time and in its best light.

  • Keep communication flowing across the team so nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Track all active deals, deadlines, and contingencies with precision.

  • Maintain and improve our internal systems, processes, and checklists — we love efficiency.

  • Manage inbox triage and handle operational questions confidently.

  • Serve as the point person for vendors and service providers.

  • Provide occasional weekend coverage for urgent tasks, show prep, or time-sensitive situations.

  • Partner closely with the lead broker to identify gaps and implement solutions quickly.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in real estate operations, transaction coordination, team management, or an equivalent high-accountability role.

  • Strong understanding of listings, contracts, timelines, and closing workflows.

  • License preferred (or willing to get one).

  • Obsessed with details and organization.

  • Confident decision-maker with strong judgment.

  • Tech-savvy (CRM, MLS, marketing platforms, Google Workspace, etc.).

  • Able to work occasional weekends or off-hours when the job requires it.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where excellence matters.
